Independent Accountant

Small world. I remember the Towers scam. Davidson was a professor of mine at Chicago. Good professor I thought. I'm surprised he would shill for Hoffenberg. I've posted about SFAS 157 at my blog. It's better than the alternative: mark-to-model accounting.
